This site is operated by Mythrilite Inc. under the Pelage brand name. This page describes the information we collect when you use this site, and what it is used for.

What we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address and shipping address to process, deliver and support it. Payment is handled by our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

If you create an account, we store your email address, name and saved addresses so you can review orders and check out faster. If you leave your email for a restock or product update, we use it only for that update.

We keep order records for as long as we need them to fulfil the order, handle returns and meet our accounting obligations.

Cookies

This site sets a small number of first-party cookies needed to run the store: _medusa_cart_id keeps your cart between pages, _medusa_jwt keeps you signed in to your account, and _medusa_cache_id and _medusa_locale remember your region and language choice.

While a page test is running, __Host-brain-exp keeps you on the same version of that page for up to 30 days; it identifies a browser, not a person. Cookies beginning with __Host-brain-measurement or brain_measurement are set only after you answer the "Allow cookies?" prompt, and your answer itself is kept in your browser's local storage so we do not ask again.

Analytics and session replay

If you choose Yes on the "Allow cookies?" prompt, we use PostHog to record page views, clicks, scrolling and session replays so we can understand how this site is used and improve it. Form contents are masked, and checkout, cart and account pages are never recorded. Before you choose, or if you choose No, nothing is sent to PostHog. You can change your answer at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.

Who we share it with

We share the information above only with the services needed to run the store: our payment processor, the carriers that deliver your order, our hosting and email providers, and PostHog for analytics you have allowed. We do not sell your information.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing support@pelagefragrance.com. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time from "Cookie settings".
